In re Catherine Connors
On October 11, 2024, the Committee on Judicial Conduct (the body that independently investigates alleged violations of the Maine Code of Judicial Conduct) filed with the Executive Clerk of the Supreme Judicial Court a report regarding Catherine R. Connors, an associate justice of the Supreme Judicial Court. The work of the Committee on Judicial Conduct is non-public in its investigatory stages, but once the Committee files a report, the court proceedings are public.
The Maine Judicial Branch has set up this web page to post the public filings and orders on the case. We want to ensure the public's full and timely access to information related to the proceedings. We will be posting documents as soon as they become available.
All public documents will be provided here and will not be provided by the clerk's office. Please check this web page often for updates and documents related to the case.
