Angelina Dube Peterson et al. v. Peter A. Johnson et al.
(Petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed by an individual on behalf of herself and unnamed persons "who are currently, or will be in the future, imprisoned or restrained of [their] liberty but not convicted and sentenced" and have not been assigned the court-appointed counsel that they are entitled to pursuant to the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of the State of Maine, state statute, or rule.)
