Peter Masucci v. Judy's Moody, LLC et al.
In a series of orders, the Superior Court (O'Neil, J.) denied or dismissed (1) the requests of the Attorney General and several individuals for a judgment declaring that the public has a right to use the intertidal land owned by several entites and individuals at Moody's Beach in Wells and (2) the requests by several individuals for a judgment declaring that the State of Maine owns all intertidal land in the state that it has not alienated.
