-Real Property disputes including partition, boundary, title, easement, and property tax disputes; Probate, Estate and Trusts, including will challenges, common law spouse, heir disputes, fiduciary challenges, guardianships; -Business and Commercial including co-owner, contract, employment, and insurance; Debt including lending, creditor, bankruptcy, and foreclosure; and Nonprofits.
F. FEES
$2500 per day for 3 parties or less, plus $500 per additional party, or tailored fee arrangement. Flat fee includes all pre-session preparation, including separate conferences with counsel and clients to resolve disputes including discovery. No charge for travel under 1 hour.
